Bank of Sullivan welcomes Haley Decker to their Springfield branch. Decker joins Sullivan Bank as a Loan Specialist. Cyndi Crews, Vice President and Branch Manager stated, “Decker’s background is in credit analysis, she has 3 years of experience in Commercial and Consumer Lending and will be a great asset to our team. She has her BS in Accountancy from Missouri State University and will be beginning her MBA this fall at Missouri State University.”
Decker is involved in Junior Achievement program and will be teaching another class this fall. She enjoys volunteering with the kindergarten thru fifth grade students. She has taught work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills. Decker stated, “Inspiring students to dream big and reach their potential if very fulfilling.”
Decker is originally from St. Louis and has made Springfield her home since 2012. She enjoys the outdoors; hiking, biking kayaking and staying active.
