Durham Promoted to Senior Vice President

Mike Hoffman, President and CEO of Bank of Sullivan announced Debbie Durham has been promoted to Senior Vice President. “Debbie, who is currently the Bank of Sullivan’s Human Resources Manager, began her career with the Bank in 1978. She presently has responsibilities as the bank’s corporate secretary and branch manager of the Sullivan downtown location. However, through many celebrated years, she has held
several different positions throughout the bank enabling her to gain a thorough understanding of a financial institution thus making her a very well-rounded executive. As the Human Resources Manager, she works closely with the Banks 135 employees. Debbie has been instrumental in developing a positive workplace culture by nurturing a positive atmosphere and hiring people who help promote the Bank’s intended vision. Debbie is an integral member of our staff and we feel very fortunate that she is part of our management team. This promotion shows a small token of our gratitude toward her enduring efforts.”

Debbie and her husband, Gary, reside in Sullivan. She is very active in the community, enjoys golfing and time with her family. Bank of Sullivan has served the needs of customers since 1895, providing financial solutions for today’s banking needs.
