Promotions Announced: Overschmidt, Kinsey, Dace

Glenn Overschmidt: Promoted to Executive Regional Manager!

Glenn Overschmidt, Executive Regional Manager

Glenn is no longer the Union branch manager but is now the Executive Regional Manager over Union, Labadie, Eureka & St. Clair! He has been serving these communities with Sullivan Bank for many years.

Glenn was raised in Union, attending Immaculate Conception grade school and graduating from Union High in 1987. He then attended University of Missouri Columbia and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado in 2004. Glenn has served as a President of the Union Chamber of Commerce, and was a charter board member of the Union Senior Center when it was built. He has also been involved in Jaycee’s, Rotary & Son’s of the American Legion.

Glenn is happily married to his wife, Cheryl, and they have two children and a new puppy, Millie! When he isn’t playing with his new puppy, he loves to cook and prides himself on his BBQ abilities! If Glenn’s pipeline isn’t too crazy, he loves to travel with his family especially to Florida and Colorado! They also like to take more relaxing trips to their condo at Lake of the Ozarks, where they can stop in and see some fellow Sulli’ns at our Sunrise Beach location. When asked what he loves about being a member of the SulliFam he replied, “I absolutely love our culture and our people here at the bank, it is truly different.” Glenn has led the Union branch to success and we have no doubt he will be a dedicated and insightful addition to Executive Leadership. Congratulations, Glenn!

Amber Kinsey: Promoted to Branch Manager!

Amber has served Union for many years as the Branch Operations Manager and is now taking the reigns as Branch Manager. Amber is not only qualified from a banking perspective but also from a community perspective.

She graduated as a Junior from Union High in 1997, where she met her husband, Jeremiah Kinsey. They have one daughter, Zoe, who is now 22, that they raised in Union as well. While raising their daughter, Amber graduated from ECC in 2001 with an Associate’s degree and then from UMSL in 2004 with a Bachelors degree. Since being hired at Sullivan Bank, Amber has held several positions. She began her SulliFam journey as a Teller, then became the Teller Supervisor, then an FSR, then the Branch Operations Officer and Loan Coordinator, and now finally, the Branch Manager. She is experienced and compassionate about the community which makes her a perfect fit!

When Amber isn’t at the bank, you can bet she is getting creative and crafty or getting in some snuggle time with her pitbull, Susie! Susie was adopted from the Missouri Pitbull Rescue, who Amber would love to foster for but is afraid she will end up adopting them all. They would all be some lucky puppies! When asked what she loves about being a member of the SulliFam, Amber replied, “I love how everyone is treated like family here. The whole bank will come together to help support and celebrate their employees, whether it’s through hardships, job training/education, or reaching amazing milestones in your life, everyone here has each other’s back.” Congratulations, Amber!
